Villa Musik, Baden
The historic Villa "Musik" in Austrian Baden is one of the most beautiful architectural sights of the resort city, which is located among the vineyards and hills of the Vienna Woods. Baden is a city for relaxation, a city for health, a city for entertainment. The resort is a 30-minute drive from the center of Vienna and Vienna Airport. Villa "Musik" was built in the middle of the 19th century as a musical summer house and belonged to a close relative of Beethoven. In the future, the Villa changed its purpose from a Viennese wallpaper factory and a thermal spa to a city police station.
At the end of the 80s of the 20th century, Music returned to the Villa. Concerts of classical music began to be held here. Performers from Vienna, Berlin, St. Petersburg and Moscow were invited here. Since then, the Villa "Musik" has been firmly entrenched in Baden. In the 20s of the 21st century, after reconstruction, the main part of the house and the extension were converted into apartments, while maintaining the unique layout, interior and furniture.
The house with a large park and private parking is located in the center of historic Baden on the shore of the mountain river Schwechat.
Guests of the Villa can walk to all the historical, cultural, sports, gastronomic and thermal centers of the resort town in a few minutes at a leisurely town. Walking and cycling paths start in the immediate vicinity and run for many kilometers through the green hills of vineyards and the Vienna Woods. A bus stops a hundred meters from the gate directly to the Vienna Opera Square.
Currently, the house belongs to the historical heritage of Austria, and Helenenstrasse is under the protection of UNESCO.
